Paddling tour, water hiking tour, multi-day tour: The Warnow and the Mildenitz

In the upper part of the Warnow and Mildenitz, weirs have been dismantled and replaced by fish ladders, which has enabled trout to recapture the entire Warnow. The beaver has also regained its original territory. Endangered species such as the otter, the small river mussel and the stone biter, a small fish measuring 8 to 10 cm in length, have their habitat here. Depending on the water level and season, the 6 varied stages through floodplains, meadows and beech forests offer exciting paddling fun with plenty of current and obstacles, while our paddle boats glide gently along the quieter passages.

What do I need to bear in mind when paddling on the Warnow and Mildenitz tours?

Nature reserves, certain sections are closed at low water. Pay attention to water levels, do not paddle, do not enter riverbeds. Do not paddle at dusk or at night.
